Booking Information
We are so excited to welcome you to Swara and Shivam's wedding weekend at the Hard Rock Los Cabos, Mexico.
We have arranged special events for our wedding weekend and in order to participate in these events, you must book hotel accommodations through the booking link below. If you make your own hotel arrangements, you will incur additional fees in order to participate in our events at the resort. Please note, a three (3) night minimum stay is required, but you are welcome to extend your vacation using our special group rates.
Must Book in the Wedding Block
As per the resort policy, all wedding guests MUST book their rooms through the special link below. Any guests who book their room through a third-party website, including but not limited to: the actual resort website (instead of our link), Expedia, Kayak, Costco Travel, etc. will be considered to be booked OUTSIDE of the wedding room block and will NOT be able to access the wedding events without additional fees being imposed.
Guest Inclusions
Through WeddingPlan360, we were able to get special rates and inclusions for all of our guests:
• Resort Credits $200/ni (see below)
• Special Discounted rate that applies a few days before and after the wedding
• Discounted Air Travel when booking together (see Hard Rock booking link)
• Meals and drinks at the hotel's restaurants and lounges, including alcoholic beverages

Airport Transportation
